"The secret to my fireworks involves a special material, the kind of stuff that money can't buy. Sure, any old Joe can make plain fireworks, but for a real crowd pleaser I add 'positive vibes' into the mix. Only a guru like me knows how to do that!"

Hatfield proceeds to take three strange shards out of his bag.

"Check out these shards, man. They contain the good vibrations I was talking about! It may not look like much to the untrained eye, but let me tell you, these are no ordinary shards. Anyone who comes into contact with them feels like they're on cloud nine! I've figured out how to condense the active ingredient into a trippy-looking crystal that also happens to produce the most bodacious fireworks known to man. It's radical, dude!"

"Go ahead. Have no fear, my friend. Let's drop some love and goodwill on this gathering!" Go to the West Commerce District of Kaslow (31, 204), Crystal Square (134, 284) and Noble's Mansion (228, 46) and use the shards. "Bring those crystals back to me and I'll make some more fireworks. ...yeah man, I'll make it worth your while."
