(You see a ball of light claiming to be Edward floating about)

"I felt the magic surrounding Ilya change before it was attacked by unidentified monsters. I also saw visions of the future in a crystal ball." The ball of light continues to shake.

"Unfortunately, I could not save everyone, and even sacrificed the lives of many valiant White Flame Knights..."

"Young Sprite Messenger %n%, I'm sure you've seen many monsters and creatures with glass crystals in them before you came here. They are undead and very violent, and they are the force that will destroy Ilya."

"Although the glass' magic is great, it is also hidden deep inside. It is indistinguishable except to those with strong magical abilities."

"Please help me collect glass crystals from the Undead Flame Beast, Immortal Shadow Wolf, and Rock Cyclops. I want to see if I can find out the source behind the magic from these crystals."

"I've never seen such a magical spell. I need a lot of samples to figure this out. Please bring me the glass crystals from the monsters quickly. I didn't think I could still continue researching with only my consciousness intact."

(The ball of light named Edward jumps up and down excitedly)

"Thank you for your help. I'll get right on to the investigation." The ball of light emits a soft blue light onto the glass crystals, but the light is immediately absorbed by the crystals.

"Ah! I think I just saw something incredible before my magic was absorbed! Hmm... I can't be too sure, but it's worth a try." Edward starts to talk to himself.

"I spent a lot of magic on investigating the glass, and found out a Mystic is under the control of the demon within the glass. The demon used a special ability so it was able to creep into the Mystic's heart without being noticed." Edward's voice is filled with concern.

"I don't have enough magic to confirm which Mystic has been controlled, and replenishing magic will take some time. Can I ask you a favor?"

"Use this detection device around each Mystic to lure the demon out. Defeat it and report back to me."

"It's a very serious thing, a demon having control of a Mystic. The Mystic might become weak and be drained of his magic."

"The worst thing is, information from our side might be leaked to our enemies." Edward calmly analyzes the situation and you are impressed.

(You inform Edward that Mystic Borg was controlled by the demon)

"So it was Borg!" Edward says sadly.

"Borg loves children, and he was approached by a demon pretending to be a child, who then invaded his conscience. If he found out that he was controlled by a demon and was the reason why children were injured, he'd be devastated."

"Please don't tell Borg about this. Just let him be."
