"We're a little busy right now!"

"The Apes camped out around the entrance of the passage have caused us a good deal of strife. I think I may have to go in myself," muttered Frantik, motioning for you to stand aside.

You explained to Frantik that you had defeated the Ape leader. You also mentioned the secret letter.

"You defeated the leader of those Apes? Are you serious? Who asked you to butt in?" Frantik snarled.

"Conspiracies and secret letters? I don't have time for your hogwash. Go bother someone else, and stay outta my way!"

"Jarl? The leader of the Royal Praetorian Guards? A traitor? Are you sure? Why didn't you say so earlier?" Frantik asked rather, well, frantically as he read through the secret messages you brought.

"I need you to go to the Rebel Base at once. There is a house on top of the mountain in the northeast of Kaslow Wilderness. Behind it is a tunnel to the base."

"You'll run into Beastmen patrols on the way, though. To make sure that you can reach the base by yourself, you'll need to defeat some Armored Death Beastmen and Armored Artillery Beastman Soldier, then report back to me."

"So Jarl, the leader of the Royal Praetorian Guards, is plotting a mutiny. I find it hard to believe, but I suppose anything is possible." Frantik paced back and forth.

"Haven't you defeated those Beastmen yet? If you can't even best the Beastmen, I highly doubt you'll make it through to the Rebel Base."

"Have you defeated the Beastmen?"

"I knew I could count on you, Sprite Messenger. When I saw you drive those Fishmen back, I knew you were a true hero. Like me!" boasted Frantik with a grin.

"Go to the Rebel Base immediately. Even though there are fewer enemies lurking near the house, those that remain are ready to strike at any moment. Avoid the Beastmen, or they'll attack."

"A wizened old man sits at the main entrance of the house: Tomas, my family butler. Get the message to him at once!"

Frantik grabbed an old, tarnished pen and moved toward you.

Berde is so absent-minded. What on earth did I do wrong to end up with a subordinate like him? muttered Frantik.

"Berde is just too clumsy! I've got to teach him a lesson before he really screws something up," grunted Frantik, gnashing his teeth.

"He was never this bad before."

"What if he ends up losing an important military message? You can't just apologize your way out of that!"
