Unfortunately, every journey must eventually come to an end.

The Beastmen on the Sorrow Peninsula kept attacking the Resistance Citadel, and so his friend had to go and provide support. The two men reluctantly parted ways.

Without the Magic Messenger, the craftsman had to continue his journey again by himself.

The craftsman thought he should become more self-reliant, and so he tried to learn some combat skills from the Granton Militia.

The Granton Militia taught the craftsman some basic combat skills and took him into the field around the Glazefrost Mountains.

The craftsman first arrived at the haunt of the Glazed Massive Ants. He used the combat skills the Granton Militia taught had him, and succeeded in defeating them.

Then they arrived at the lair of the Nolan Lake Monster. The craftsman used his combat skills again and defeated the monster.

Finally they arrived at the home of Vengeful Gemmed Snails. The craftsman again successfully defeated the monsters.

The craftsman had finally learned some real self defense. He was able to face monsters all by himself.

He wrote about his adventures in the novel, and discovered all his experiences had motivated him to work hard at refining his novel.

He suddenly realized another essential element to a good story - "hard work".
