Select the random abilities attached to red quality equipment below level 90 and maintain or exceed the current number of abilities of the equipment, but the original abilities of the equipment remain unchanged.

Note: This only applies to Weapons, Armor, and 10th Anniversary series equipment made by Sprite, and is not applicable to mission rewards.
When the random abilities attached to red quality equipment are on the same Character, the higher value will overwrite the lower value and cannot be stacked.
