Charge 3 points: Deals 100% + 3910 P-DMG, "Thunder Cut" lasts for 6 seconds.
Charge 4 points: Deals 105% + 5586 P-DMG, "Thunder Cut" lasts for 8 seconds.
Charge 5 points: Deals 115% + 6885 P-DMG, "Thunder Cut" lasts for 10 seconds.
