"The fish in Nolan Lake have a thick layer of fat, so it's extra hard to roast them. I've failed a dozen times but I didn't give up!! In the end, I found a method of roasting the fish, and now I succeed every time!" Rodney smiles with confidence.

"But really, whenever the town magistrate cooks fish, he succeeds. I guess he's just lucky like that." Rodney scratches his head.

"Oh, you've come to the right person, my friend. First--a fishing rod!" Rodney explains, waving his arms enthusiastically.

"Once you've got the tools for the job, find a nice spot out of the way. I recommend the boulders next to the lake. The final ingredient is patience. Lots and lots of patience. Fish don't necessarily bite as much as you'd like, and even when they do, it might be a while before the one you want takes the bait."

"Oh, yeah. Don't forget to take your fish to the fire in Angler Village once you've caught it. You can grill it there. A properly gutted and grilled fish is the best thing you can run past your taste buds around here."

"But if there really was anyone here, he might have used some special way to cross the lake. Like swimming, maybe? But this lake is too big, so that probably won't be possible." Rodney smiles and shakes his head.

"I've heard the other side of the lake is a very pure land, the paradise mentioned in legends. If you want to go there, you have to be armed with the power of the Sprites and be teleported there with a mysterious crystal ball."

"There's a crystal ball next to me that someone's left here to recreate the legend. Even if it is the crystal ball in the legend, you still need to have the power of the Sprites!" Rodney laughs.
