up to a total of 9999 times. When this state ends, gain the "Geocide" state,
which lasts for 30 seconds. When attacked, grant the target
the "Mighty Punishment" state, which up to 20 stacks.

"Mighty Punishment": Base EVA-5%, can stack
up to 20 stacks, state effect lasts for 10 seconds.
