"I heard about a fun anniversary celebration in Saphael, so I was excited to join in. But... it turns out that's not the case."

"You saw those workers over there, right? They're pretty beat down by the heavy workload here. You can't blame them for being grumpy, but they're really bringing the mood down."

"Hey, I've got an idea. Why don't you help out?"

"Behold my secret weapon: The Bloom of Smiles! Just take it with you and walk up to those workers. It'll make them smile from ear to ear!"

It looks as if Nikko is casting some sort of spell to cheer up the workers!
