L15. A Plea to the Sprite King

"To celebrate the arrival of this holiday, the Sprite King will grant the industrious workers of Saphael one wish. In order for the wish to be granted, however, you'll need proof of having served him, namely an "Emissary Certificate." The Sprite King wants everyone to know that only those who work hard will earn his sweet reward."
