Now that he had taken care of the weaker races, it was time to get to the point. Carso strode confidently to the Beastman camp out in the Plains.

The Monster Warriors on duty immediately raised their weapons and launched into an attack on Carso.

"How dare these bugs raise their weapons against me?! I'll teach them a lesson they'll never forget!" growled Carso.

After Carso slaughtered dozens of Beastmen in a bloody demonstration of his power, the others fell back, horrified.

"I have business to discuss with your king." Carso smiled cunningly. "If you don't mind, please introduce me."

"Why did you senselessly kill my people?" rumbled the Beastman King.

"Your highness, it's so wonderful to meet you." Carso bowed low, then, with a sinister grin, cast mind control magic on the Beastman King.

The Beastman King felt everything go dark as his mind was invaded by a supernatural force.

"How longer must the powerful Beastmen languish under human oppression? It is time to retake all that belongs to us!" he roared, now merely Carso's puppet.

The Beastmen rallied behind their king, their blood boiling, as they identified their target: the Royal City of Kaslow.
