To win recognition from the fleet, you must fight the Treasury Watchmen alone without alerting the pirates. They appear in the Pirates' Treasury. This will qualify you for two-star sailor status.

Conditions for promotion

Get rid of 200 Treasury Watchmen to become a two-star sailor, but if you're ambitious and aiming for three stars, step up your efforts.
