At the end of the festival, the Chieftain gave each of us a mask and told us to put them all. He said that we should not judge people by their appearances because it is very shallow.

When we put the mask over our faces, we can treat everyone as equals and be sincere in our dealings instead of relying on appearances.

The Chief's words of wisdom enlightened us. We were wary of him when we first met him, but with time, he taught us to be more considerate toward other people and the environment.

We have experienced so much in such a short time. I wanted to write this down so others could understand what we went through.
