Royal Praetorian Guard Leader Jarl

"Heroes are forged in the crucible of war!" Jarl growled.

"Posolain never dares face me directly. I will make him kneel before me, mark my words." Jarl gritted his teeth.

Since Posolain wants you out of the picture so badly, why don't we make him happy? Jarl mused with a conspiratorial smile.

"I've come up with a plan that should fool even Posolain himself."

"Here, take this outfit. Wear the helm, too. You'll look like an ordinary soldier."

"Head out and chat up that fool Dent. Tell him that his orders were carried out. I'm sure they have something else planned." Jarl steepled his fingers, thinking.

Have you passed the false message to Dent, the royal puppet? You must not be much of a Sprite Messenger if you can't even get this simple task right, grunted Jarl, annoyed.

"Dent bought it? What a moron,"
Jarl sneered.

"A messenger has just arrived."

"The Beastmen camped in the northern and eastern parts of the Kaslow Wilderness are on the move. The Duke must have something to do with this."

"Go help the Resistance destroy those Beastmen. When you finish the job, report to Rebel Captain Lari for your next orders," Jarl commanded sternly.

If Posolain is getting involved, I should do something to make sure he doesn't stab me in the back yet again, Jarl grumbled, pacing frantically.

"You've managed to blow up the fortress already? Wonderful!" Jarl laughed.

"That should stir things up. I wonder how Posolain will react." You noticed a crazed spark in Jarl's dark eyes.

"You're just in time, %n%."

"I've just received another secret message. Dent sent a very urgent letter by Sunbird to the Beastman camp. They must be planning to hit us from both inside and outside," explained Jarl.

"Dent must be panicking; why else would that fool let something so important slip? Follow the messenger, and intercept the letter when it gets to the destination, then confront Dent with the letter."

*Change into Wolf form and follow the Sunbird Courier. Defeat him when he arrives at the Beastman camp.

"Did you find out anything useful from that idiot Dent?"

"I would've loved to see him grovel. That fool thinks he can harm a hair on my perfect head? What a joke." Jarl sneered haughtily.

"Just as I suspected, Posolain panicked and sought refuge inside Kaslow. What a coward!" Jarl growled.

"I will assemble an elite team to ambush Kaslow, take out the Beastmen, and raise a new banner over the city."

"If you want to see me personally grind Posolain's nose into the ground, follow me into the city!"
Jarl laughed bitterly.
