Many historians believe that the Templar Safes lived in the White Bear Lair for a period of time.

The White Bear Lair lies north of the Beastslayer Road. Some believe that Safes suffered injuries at the hands of Blair and retreated to the lair to lick his wounds, so to speak.

The Power Polar Bears inside the cave were fearsome, but they behaved like kittens around Safes. He fed them cheezburgers every night.

Safes left behind many items in the White Bear Lair, mostly small ornaments he had crafted.

To Safes fans, the ornaments are worth more than anything in the world. A simple necklace can be sold for thousands of gold. A Safes-themed restaurant exists where you can view his handicrafts and order his favorite food, peanut butter and yak blood sandwiches.

If you visit White Bear Lair in search of his ornaments, you'll be quite disappointed; most were stolen years ago.
