L53. The Unlucky Family - 4

You told Arnold that Columbus disappeared fifty years ago. Arnold gasped.

"So... fifty years have passed? We've been adrift, lost, for fifty whole years?" Arnold asked, incredulous.

"I don't know how to begin to comprehend this."

"You must contact my teacher for me. His name is Edward. You should be able to find him at the Magic Academy in Ilya." Arnold quickly wrote a letter and gave it to you.

I feel anxious lately, but I'm not sure why. Edward yawned.

You gave Arnold's letter to Edward.

"He's still alive?!" Edward quickly read the letter.

"Columbus...Mysterious compass..." he muttered.

"Arnold probably does not know that the mysterious compass makes time travel possible. It's an ancient treasure."

"Columbus likely accidentally activated the Time Compass. Arnold passed through a time tunnel. Fascinating!"
