Requires charge point to cast. Upon casting, targets a specified ground area with a
radius of 10 meters, dealing normal attack effects plus 500 P-DMG and
1850 Dark Damage to all enemy units within the area. All hit targets are pulled
toward the caster.

If the target is affected by "Electromagnetic Interference," additional special effects
are applied based on the stack count:
Electromagnetic Interference 1 stack: Adds Dizziness effect for 3 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 2 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 4 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 3 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 5 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 5 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 6 seconds.

Note! After casting this skill, the core mech will become overheated, preventing
attacks and skill usage for 3 seconds, and immediately canceling the
Ultima Overclock state.
