Charge 2 points: Normal attack effect plus 720 points of P-DMG.
Charge 3 points: Normal attack effect plus 1080 points of P-DMG.
Charge 4 points: Normal attack effect plus 1440 points of P-DMG.
Charge 5 points: Normal attack effect plus 1800 points of P-DMG.
Additionally, if the target is under the "Electromagnetic Interference" status, the
following special effects will be applied based on the number of status stacks.
Electromagnetic Interference 1 stack: Reduces P-DEF and M-DEF by 5%.
Electromagnetic Interference 2 stacks: Reduces P-DEF and M-DEF by 10%.
Electromagnetic Interference 3 stacks: Reduces P-DEF and M-DEF by 15%.
