"Hurmf! All I wanted was to relive the glory days with a game of hide-and-seek. But Klin and Pamela turned me down! The nerve!"

(You find Hal's grumbling impossible to ignore.)

"Sprite Messenger, do me a favor and ask those kids why they wouldn't let me join their game. Maybe you can even convince them to change their minds."

"So, what did they say? Ugh! I was really looking forward to playing to playing hide-and-seek!"

"Ah, so that's the reason... Outstanding work, Sprite Messenger!"

"So, those kids think they're too good to play hide-and-seek with an old guy like me, do they? True, I might not be as nimble as I once was, but it's a sore mistake to underestimate a man of my experience!"

"Guess I have no choice but to show them what they're missing!"

"Sprite Messenger, could I bother you for another favor?"

"I asked Banight to whip me up some Rejuvabrew earlier. It's really something! It makes anyone feel like the clock has been turned back at least a dozen years!"

"With this potion I'll be able to prove to Klin and Pamela once and for all who the real champion is!"

(Hal then takes out a scroll.)

"Banight has been itching to get his hands on this for a while now. Could you deliver it to him for me?"

"He'll know what to do. Just bring me back the Rejuvabrew he gives you in return."

"Do you have the potion? I was just on my way to survey the area for prime hiding spots. Thanks for you help!"

"I appreciate you running this errand for me!"

(Without another word, Hal guzzles down the Rejuvabrew.)

"Hoooowee! Now that's the stuff! I can already feel it working!"

"I've just about finished scouting the terrain for hiding spots. All that's left to do now is play the game!"

(He lets out a hearty, youthful laugh.)

Hal may be old, but his years of experience make him a formidable competitor.

"Ha! I'll bet those kids are eating their words this very moment! Serves them right!"

"Haha! My body may have aged a bit, but I'm still sharp as a tack!"

(A satisfied smile stretches across Hal's face.)

"And I have you to thank! I can't remember the last time I had this much fun!"

"You show real promise as a seeker! I still can't believe you managed to see through my disguise!"

"I've held onto this special Hide and Seek Chest for a long time now. I want you to have it. Take it as thanks for giving this old man a taste of the good old days."

"The next time you feel up for a game of hide-and-seek, just say the word!"
