You've volunteered to help us? Please defeat some Two-Headed Lizard Knights to prove your skill, Lari requested calmly, wiping sticky, scarlet blood from his blade.

"You're even better than I'd imagined," Lari said with a smile.

"Posolain refuses to send Royal troops to support us. We're stuck here, and it's that jerk's fault. I'd like to slice his head clean off, the fool," grunted Lari, grasping his sword.

"General Jarl has sent messengers to ask the Royal Army for help. We've got to hold out until reinforcements get here."

"We've seen the Beastmen carrying their supplies upon Armored Transport Cloned Beasts. I want you to slay the beasts and capture their supplies. The Beastmen will have to delay their attacks if they don't have proper equipment." Lari pointed his blade at the Beastman army in the distance.

I wonder how long this war will last. I've lost too many good soldiers already. Lari's eyes misted over for a moment.

"I knew you could do it. This is a huge blow to our foes. I will use this opportunity to attack their camp," Lari mused.

"While you were away, I received good news from the base. The Royalists have finally agreed to help. I bet that fool Posolain heard me cursing his name!"

"They asked for you by name; they want you to report to Mags, the secretary at the Rebel Base."

"Did you get any important information at the military conference?"

"I hope that old codger Duke Posolain isn't planning to go back on his word," grunted Lari sharply.

"What? You were ambushed by a Beastman assassin?" Lari's jaw dropped.

"The letter and the destination were from the Royalists..."

"Can the rumors really be true?"

"Rumor has it King Odin's disappearance was masterminded by Royal Duke Posolain. They might be planning to get rid of you before you can expose their plot," Lari explained, wringing his hands.

"Go to the Rebel Base and find General Jarl. Tell him about what you know, and he'll figure out our next move."

"The Beastmen in the north and east of Kaslow Wilderness are becoming restless."

"I sent my deputy out there, flanked by soldiers. Catch up to them, and help them destroy those vicious Beastmen."

"I'll remain here, where I'll try to disrupt the Beastmen's supply lines. I look forward to your good news," Lari stated.

"During our battle with the Armored Transport Cloned Beasts, those vicious monsters slashed at my men, badly wounding two of them," Lari explained, bandaging his own oozing wounds.

"You managed to defeat the savage Beastmen?" He raised an eyebrow, surprised.

"You've made things a good deal easier for me. If you'd like to join the Resistance, I would recommend you for a very high rank indeed."

"The messenger brought secret orders from General Jarl himself."

"He wants me to send men to infiltrate the Beastmen's fortress near Kaslow. There, he commanded us to bury explosives to ultimately blow up the armory. This will undoubtedly cause massive chaos." Lari picked up a letter, sighing.

"Some dislike General Jarl, but he is still a master strategist and an able warrior. This may be a controversial method, but it could lead to an important strategic advantage for us. Can I count on your support?"

(Character must have the status "Explosive Charge" to complete quest.)

"Look over there! Those lines of military Cloned Beasts keep the Beastman army flush with supplies."

"If we can cut their supply lines, it will buy valuable time for the Resistance."

"Great Sprite Messenger, this important mission is in your hands," Lari intoned.

"This won't be an easy mission. You must stop them, but use the utmost caution."

"Once you have cut their supply lines, come see me."

"Have you cut the supply lines?"

"Thank you for your contribution. Your work gives us more time to prepare and recruit allies for our cause." Lari saluted you.
