L15. Sprite Messenger's Requirement

"Take note, Sprite Messengers!!"

A gruff old voice calls out and shakes the air.

You instantly recognize Merlin's voice. The other Sprite Messengers react too, but ordinary residents don't seem to hear it.

"The Ilya Senate has an important announcement. Gather in front of the Senate! I'll see you there."

It's odd for Merlin to summon so many people. You're intrigued.

"I knew you would come."

Merlin strokes his beard, smiling.

"Let me get straight to the point."
