Worried about protecting his first draft, the craftsman picked it up nervously and prepared to seek shelter.

It was then that he saw two members of the militia appear from within the crowd.

One man held twin axes, and the other a greatsword. They charged toward the monsters. After a gasp from the crowd and a flurry of weapons, the two stood high on a pile of dead monsters and faced the crowd.

They were like kings on a pedestal, two heros who had saved the villagers.
