When the war broke out, nearly the whole Bone Reef Peninsula fell under the control of the Beastmen. The White Flame Knights and the elders kept falling back until the Beastmen finally pushed them into their last outpost.

One day, a large army of Beastmen advanced on the outpost, coming straight out of Skirmish Valley. The rebels at the outpost were prepared to fight to the bitter end.

That was when Alba, who had just been sent from the base to help save the outpost, organized an ambush to stop the invading Beastmen.

Alba led an elite force that landed on the sandbar. Instead of going directly to the outpost, they met the Beastmen head on with an attack on their camp at bottom right of the peninsula.

The Beastmen had sent most of their troops to attack the outpost, and their camp was poorly guarded. Alba and the elite troops surrounded it and attacked the Beastmen with all they had.

The Beastmen sent word of the attack to their troops at the outpost, which dealt a hard blow to their morale. Taking advantage of this, the resistance at the outpost poured even more energy into the fight, and the Beastmen Army collapsed in defeat.

Faced with attacks at both ends, the Beastmen decided to fall back and defend their camp first.

Alba judged that the time was right and ordered her men to retreat.

The Beastmen, upon returning to the camp, found it in ruins. They swore viciously that they would have their revenge on the resistance next time.

It was the first victory in young Alba's military career.
