"You should ask for its insights. Before you can do that, though, you will have to fight the Ecliptic Warrior and Ecliptic Sentinel blocking your way."

"Who are you? What do you want?" Kasper says in a fierce voice and looks you up and down.

"I have nothing to say to a follower of the pretender." With that said, Kasper ignores you completely.
