Grant yourself the status "Dark Thunder Windstorm".

"Dark Thunder Windstorm": Within a radius of 10 meters centered on yourself, inflict the status "Dark Thunder Strike" and "Electromagnetic Interference" on all enemy units every second, and grant yourself the status "Dark Thunder Recharge" every second, lasting for 8 seconds.
"Dark Thunder Strike": Inflict 6% of the caster's Physical DMG as dark, lightning damage, and apply the "Stunned" status.
"Stunned": EVA reduced to zero, entering a stunned state, lasting for 0.3 seconds.
"Electromagnetic Interference": Interference energy generated after being hit by core energy attacks. When a Machinist skill hits a target with this status, additional special effects will be applied based on the number of stacks. This status can stack up to 5 layers, lasting for 30 seconds.
"Dark Thunder Recharge": DEF and Physical DMG increased by +10%, can stack up to 3 layers, lasting for 6 seconds.

* "Stunned" is ineffective against Bosses.
* After using this skill, the skill "Ultimate - Dark Thunder Windstorm" will be transformed into "Ultimate - Dark Thunder Gravity".
