"Sunbirds breed now, so you should have no trouble finding the eggs."

"You'll find the Colorful Sunbirds in the center of the plain. Go west after leaving the cabin."

"Remember to find me after you're finished."

"Those Sunbird Eggs must be unharmed. Not one little crack."

"You'll find Colorful Sunbirds in the plain's central area."

Russell examined each egg. "These eggs are perfect! I can't wait to whip up some egg salad. It tastes so much better with extremely fresh eggs."

"I suppose your skills are decent."

"I decided to live on the Grasslands just so I could hunt. Isn't hunting glorious?!"

"Now, before I tell you about that monster, I need you to do me with a favor..."

"To the west, Mrs. Francis lives in a duke's residence. As soon as I met her, I felt as though I had known her all my life. She even gave me the egg salad recipe."

"She treats me like her own son. It's just a pity that her real son disappeared at a young age."

"I think I'll hold off on the spaghetti and wolfballs and egg salad; could you bring the wolf meat and Sunbird eggs to Mrs. Francis at the duke's house?"

"She'll know it's from me."

"The house is to the north of Lake Mila. It's a very tall castle, and soldiers watch it constantly."

"If you keep walking toward the west, you will see a grasslands cave near the valley. Gasses seep up through the cave, making spiders huge and causing tremendous harm to the grasslands."

"A giant spider rests in the cave. If we can kill the spider, we will decrease the number of spiders in the grasslands. Hope you don't suffer from arachnophobia!"

"I will give you a trap for spiders. Use it to draw out the big momma (or possibly daddy) spider and kill it!"

"There are all kinds of strange monsters in the world. Catch them, and you earn tremendous respect."

"Kill them, and you're practically royalty!"

"Killing this spider will be no easy task. You can't mush it with an encyclopedia or blast it with bug spray or clomp it with a shoe. Unless you have a really big shoe."

"You might want to consider hiring helpers."

"Did you kill the spider? Well done!"

"Bet you've never seen such a large one. Hope you smooshed it good!" declared Russell.

"You will have a chance to meet larger and more fierce monsters in the future!"

"Keep training, and one day you will become a great %c%."

"My class is Ranger, but I just hunt occasionally now to get a meal." Russell rubs his stomach playfully.

"Young %c%, if you want to become a Ranger, besides good observation and tracking skills, you have to have reference from Class Master."

"Do you have a Letter of Recommendation?"

"This is indeed a Class Master's reference." Russell says after opening your letter.

"Very well, %n%."

"You should be good with shooting, then let's take some time for you to get used to life of a Ranger."

"The fun of hunting is getting rare creatures, and rangers are the best at it."

"Prove to me you've got what it takes to be a ranger! Belcar and Southern Island swarmed with beasts are the best places!"

"Violent Cloned Beast in Belcar, and South Sea Crocodile and Duke Kongs in Southern Island are the most difficult targets for hunters."

"I remember the ability to be trained to 30."

"If you can bring back parts of them as trophies and satisfy my requirements, I'll use them to judge if you deserve to be a Ranger."

"Keep your eyes open and be on guard!"

"Wild Southern Island and Belcar are waiting for your challenge." Russell pats on your back playfully.

"Hunting begins!"

"Tsk, you're a fast one."

"These trophies will make me a good profit in market." Russell takes your trophies.

"Nicely done! It's rare to see good Rangers like you."

"Take this Ranger Arrow and give it to Class Masters in major cities." Russell gives you an arrow.

"The arrow is engraved with my name."

"The arrow proves you've qualified as a Ranger, and Class Master will give you the title of Ranger."

"Let's hunt together sometime, %n%!"

Alendy sent you? She didn't bring the dessert herself this time? I wanted to tell her how I fought ten bandits all by myself the other day, Russel whined.

"You're a Sprite Messenger, aren't you? Do you need help with something?"

Russell greets you in a friendly fashion.

"It seems that attacks from the wilderness creatures have decreased quite a bit.
But you still need to be careful!"

"What's in your hand...?"

Before you can open your mouth, Russell stares intently at the animal fur in your hand.


"Actually, the animals have gotten a lot tamer.
Even the goblins aren't attacking our people as much, but these furs that you brought are certainly cause for concern.


"I've never encountered a situation like this before. If you'd like an answer, please give me a bit of time to figure it all out.

"Speaking of suspicious things, recently there are have been shady figures lurking around the Prairie Cave.
Someone told me that it was just a mischievous girl playing tricks on people."

Russell scratches his head in embarrassment.

"As soon as I heard that there was a child in such a dangerous place, I grabbed my bow and ran over there.
I was surprised to find it empty, however."

"If you're concerned as well, you can go take a look for yourself! While you're at it, please clear out these spiders to help protect the nearby villagers!"

"I wasn't expecting to run into you again so soon, Sprite Messenger." Russell says.

"Are all the preparations for breaking through the roadblock going smoothly?"

"Come back and find me when you're ready!"

"It looks like these trials don't pose too much of a difficulty for you anymore. As you grow, the powers that are activated when you reincarnate will grow as well." Russell says.

"Allow me to give you a blessing for successfully completing the trials!"

"I hope that no matter what future trials or tribulations you encounter, you'll always be able to find your way."

"Go back to the Class Master. I have nothing left to teach you!" Russell says happily.

"The greater your strength, the greater your responsibility! I'm sure that won't be a problem for you."

"Hunting Wolves lurk all over this plain. Finding them should be no problem."

"The real challenge is killing them!"

Russell grabbed the bag of Wolf Meat. "Wow, that was fast! Now it's time for my famous spaghetti and wolfballs!"

"But that'll have to wait until later. The sauce has to simmer for a while, anyway. This is only the first test."

"You have to demonstrate more hunting abilities."
