L15. Rules of the Master Chef (REP)

Npc : Master Apni's Apprentice Ansel

(You see that Ansel seems to be having a bit of trouble, so you go over and talk to him)

"Well, Master Apni told me not too long ago that while I'm unrivaled in technical skill, my cooking lacks heart..."

"I thought she meant I needed to use more hearts for my stews. But when I saw the faces of people eating it, I understood what she really meant."

"She gave me a copy of 'A Chef's Guide to Sounding Smart', but what am I supposed to do with that? I won't get better at cooking by reading, will I? I need to cook to learn how to cook!"

"But... I do want to be a master chef. I need to read more on the topic."

"If you would, could you collect these books and bring them back to me? I must confess, Master Apni sent them to me, but because I didn't think I needed them, I misplaced them all..."

(You're not sure he deserves the help, but since he seems so determined, you decide to help him anyway.)

"Ah, and please don't tell Master Apni that I lost the books... She might use her wooden spoons on me!"

"Please help me collect those books!"

Npc : Master Apni's Apprentice Ansel

"Have you collected all the books?" "Oh, thank you so much! Now I can become a master chef better than Apni herself, haha!"

"Let me see. It says... A master chef must respect his ingredients, from the lowliest grain of salt to the fattiest pot roast..."
