"Can you swallow this Magic Pill and track down some clues?"

- Go to Moonlight Forest (306,317), (349, 259), (262,233) to look for clues.

"Well? Is the pill working?"

- Once the pill has taken effect, abandon the quest and try again.

You tell Merlin about the three clues you found in Moonlight Forest.
