L85. The Power of Money 2

"You again? Are you familiar with the Guard? I've got a friend in the Guard... a captain, I think? It's not important. Just take this order to him. Luluza has always been like this. Nothing perks him up like collecting money." Faynichen shrugged.

"You think the townsfolk misunderstand you? You should talk to Morubal and Okin. Maybe I'm wrong." Faynichen blushed, embarrassed.

"Well? Did Faynichen tell you the reason?" Luluza frowned.

"He told you to talk to the townsfolk directly? Too bad. Guess you have more work ahead of you."

"Not bad! I knew I picked the right person."

"Military supplies! Well done! You've solved two problems at once!" Luluza clapped with glee.

"Isn't Faynichen strange? Apparently, he acts like a miser, but he's really incredibly generous. What a weirdo!"
