"To make crystals, you must collect Scales of Coldest Cold and Fins of Snow from Tundra Fishmen and Snowfield Fish Warriors. You can find them southwest of here."

The Demon Dragon was sealed into its Mentality, Skeleton, and Energy and scattered around the Ancient Polar Ruins long ago, but the Evil Magic Mentor Ero plans to break the seal and rebuild it."
