Note: Only effective for green and blue quality Weapons, Armor, Cloaks, and Accessories dropped by monsters, orange and yellow quality Weapons and Armor made by Sprites, and yellow quality Weapons, Armor, Cloaks, and Accessories.
Not effective for quest rewards.
