After use, deals 1650 DMG to a single enemy target, inflicting 434% Physical DMG, always causing a 3-hit combo, and based on the target's "Electromagnetic Interference" stacks, reduces the cooldown of own skills "Ultima Overclock - Lightning Core" and "Ultima Overclock - Blackhole Core" by -1 second per stack.
If under "Thunder Energy" status, using this skill will additionally grant "Thunder Field" and "Blade of Thunderous Roar" statuses.
If under "Darkness Energy" status, using this skill will additionally grant "Dark Star Power Field" and "Twilight Darkness" statuses.
