Requires equipping a mechanical weapon to use.
Can increase 1 Charge point. After use, deals 1450 DMG to a single enemy target,
410% Physical DMG, with a 70% chance of 2-hit combo, and a 50% chance
of 3-hit combo, and inflicts the target with "Nuclear Fusion 4" status.
If under "Thunder Energy" status, using this skill will additionally deal
Physical and Lightning Damage equal to 40% of the user's P-ATK.
If under "Darkness Energy" status, using this skill will additionally increase the user's HP by +5%,
and within a 6-meter radius centered on the user, inflict all enemy units with "Immobilized" and "Blind" status.

"Nuclear Fusion 4": -80% Darkness and Lightning Resistance, lasts for 8 seconds.
"Immobilized": Spell Status. Unable to move, lasts for 2 seconds.
"Blind": Injured Status. -50% ACC, lasts for 4 seconds.

* "Immobilized" is ineffective against Bosses.
* After using the skill, "Ultimate - Extreme Core Slash" transforms into "Initiate Ultimate - Pulsing Cut".
