all enemy units receive 1150 points of 588% Magic damage, Fire damage +950,
and based on the "Electromagnetic Interference" layers on the target, grant yourself the "Flame Blade 4" status.
If under the "Flame Energy" status, casting this skill will additionally inflict the target with the "Daze 8" status.

"Flame Blade 4": M-CRIT rate, CRIT DMG +3%, stackable up to 5 layers, status effect lasts for 10 seconds.
"Daze 8": Spell status. Every 2 seconds, -160 MP, M-ATK and M-DEF -30%, status effect lasts for 10 seconds.

* After casting this skill, the skill "Ultimate - Flame Slash" will be transformed into "Initiate Ultimate - Inferno Blade Slash".
