all penetration resistance +15%, and additionally grants self
the status "Darkness Energy".
"Darkness Energy": +60% aggro generation, certain skills cast
during this status gain additional effects, status effect lasts 15 seconds.

*Ultima Overclock shares cooldown time, casting skills during the effect
will increase the remaining cooldown time by 0.5 seconds.
