Requires Charge points to activate. After activation, grants your character the "Cruel Will 1" status, with the duration of the status effect depending on the number of Charge points.
Charge 1: Status effect lasts for 6 seconds.
Charge 2: Status effect lasts for 13 seconds.
Charge 3: Status effect lasts for 20 seconds.
Charge 4: Status effect lasts for 28 seconds.
Charge 5: Status effect lasts for 35 seconds.

"Cruel Will 1": Physical damage +26%, melee weapon attack speed +20%, but receives +15% damage from all attacks.

* Cannot gain the "Defend" status during this period.
