<Cuisine Hunter> Munn-Kake

"Kaslow, dear, sweet Kaslow... Finally I'm here..."

You can't help but wonder why this strange man is talking to himself.

"Huh? Are you a Sprite Messenger? Great! Let me introduce myself. My name is Munn-Kake, and I travel all over the world to taste as many amazing foods as I can. That's why people call me <Cuisine Hunter> Munn-Kake."

"Word is, once upon a time, there was a big-time chef in Kaslow who made incredible mooncakes that totally knocked everyone's socks off. Now I'm here to find that mooncake. Have you, by chance, heard anything about that?"

"So you want a mooncake? That's a piece of cake. Give me 50 gold and I'll buy you one."

"No!!" Munn-Kake screams.

"I don't want a mooncake... I want THE mooncake!!" Munn-Kake continues shouting as his face turns red.

You start to step back in bewildered confusion and growing fear...

"Err... I'm sorry I lost my cool, but may I ask you to find the legendary mooncake for me? I heard there's an old man in Kaslow Plains who knows everything about mooncakes. Maybe you could go ask him? But please, please bring me the legendary mooncake!"

"Mooncake... Mooncake... Mooncake..." Munn-Kake's eyes are dull.

You wave your hands in front of his face, trying to get his attention.

"Mooncake... Mooncake... Mooncake..." Munn-Kake continues to mumble.



Accept the quest from <Mooncake Elder> Gutu at Kaslow Plains to continue the story.
*Make sure you have the "Speedy Delivery" status.

"So, this is the Mooncake Gutu made, is it? Let me try it!"

Munn-Kake demands, his eyes gleaming.

"Darn it! This is no mooncake!" Munn-Kake is so angry that he throws the mooncake to the ground.

"You! How could you give me this garbage to eat!? I'm giving you one more chance though. Go tell that old fool to make the legendary mooncake for me, right now!" Munn-Kake shouts in anger.

Food flies from his gaping mouth as he shouts and screams. You sure don't want to get hit by it, so you take off as fast as possible!

"Hey! Where're you going!? We had a deal!" Munn-Kake is waving and shouting.

But you couldn't care less. You don't remember ever making a deal with this lunatic!

"Where's my mooncake? Where's my mooncake? Where's my mooncake?" Munn-Kake goes on and on shouting the same sentence.


*Talk to <Mooncake Elder> Gutu in Kaslow Plains to continue the story.

"Ahhh... This is it! Finally... I've tasted the mooncake!!" Munn-Kake bursts into tears.

"Now, take this evaluation I just wrote. It's something I always do after tasting food. I'm telling you, people all over the world think very highly of my evaluations." Munn-Kake hands you some kind of document.

You glance at the piece of paper.

"Hmm... This crispy mooncake is filled with Red Bean Filling. With each bite, I feel happiness spreading through my whole body. I'm not even able to suppress my smile! This is the best mooncake there ever was, the best there is, and the best there ever can be!"

You turn to the next page.

"It's pure art! I was in awe just looking at it! Forgive me for having doubts whether heaven really exists, for now I'm not only sure, I'm POSITIVE there's a heaven! Because right now, eating this mooncake, I'm living in it!"
