"Well, now. The diagram looks like a schematic of the big bridge! I'll bet my wrench on it, I will!"

Otto unfurls the scroll on the table and pulls out some cleaning materials, then proceeds to carefully clean the paper.

"We've run into a couple problems maintaining the bridge. Bobobas, who designed it, comes from... a 'different' school of engineering. We don't really understand a good deal of the structure. It's like screws and bolts--they look like they're the same thing, but work completely differently."

"But with this... maybe we can reverse-engineer some of it with this as a blueprint. There's an engineer from Kaslow at the bridge trying to give it a necessary overhaul right now. If you could bring this to him, maybe we can make this structure a class 0 safety hazard again."
