Deals tremendous Magic DMG to all targets within 15 meters and
knocks them back 10 meters. They will receive the status "Burden" and their Movement Speed will be reduced by 40%.
Players within 15 meters receive "Gravity Pull" every second,
which reduces Movement Speed, Cast Speed and Attack by 10%.
Lasts 5 seconds. Stacks up to 5 times.

You will gain "Apocalyptic Commandments", which reduces Physical Damage and
Magical Damage -80% Each time you are attacked, you gain the status
"Disciplinarian". After 5 stacks, players within 30 meters will receive
+7000 DMG.

Targets within 15 meters take tremendous Magic DMG and gain
the status "Wake Up and Denounce". They are unable to take any action and receive
DMG +8 for 5 seconds.
