You're greeted by a smiling sprite decked out in festive attire.

"I'm Raifu, the host of this event!"

"The event itself is pretty simple! All you have to do is help me deliver these red packets to my fellow Sprites: Ponai in Kaslow, Porry in Ilya, and Pocan in Jale. Once you've finished spreading the joy of the new year, return here to receive a lottery ticket from yours truly!"

"See? Told you it was easy! What do you say, Sprite Messenger?"

"Are you feeling up to delivering these packets to Ponai, Porry, and Pocan? I'm sure they're really looking forward to receiving them!"
