"While you're at it, maybe you can also put out some of the nameless fires around the area. Having fun AND helping out the residents in Ilya at the same time... How cool is that?!"

*Use the skill "Holy Water Balloon" to obtain the status "Water Festival Blessing". Once the status is stacked five times, you can obtain the "Proof of Festival Participation" from Valer.
*You can use the skill "Holy Water Balloon" to put out the "Nameless Fire".
