L20. Mad Love - Eternal

"How did he respond when you showed him the sword?"

You explained everything to him.

"Are... are you serious? Is it really Morningstar?"

"Apparently, the Lunafrost Princess has been missing since last night! I fear it has something to do with Clockwork."

"You must inform Morningstar immediately. He's the only one who can defear Clockwork. The creature can freely control the flow of time. If he gains the princess's power, he'll be unstoppable!"

" Clockwork lurks somewhere inside the Prairie Cave. We can defeat it by combining my power with the princess's energies."

"I need you to lend me your power. Touch my sword. Although you won't be able to use your abilities, I will focus all my power into the sword. Once Clockwork activates Celeste's powers, I'll strike."

"Thank you for helping me. You've given me a chance to make good on a promise I made five years ago."

"Finally, Clockwork is dead. The effect of Time Freeze on Celeste will fade, and she'll awaken at last. I can't bear to say goodbye to her again. Please bring Celeste and the sword to Ilya."

"Don't mention any of this to her. I don't want the past to trouble her."

"Courageous adventurer, I wish I'd known you earlier. Perhaps we could have prevented all of this," commented Morningstar with a sad smile.
