An Apostle is a person who carries a mission and delivers a message.

However, the only thing we know about the Lake Mila monster is that it was sealed at the bottom of the lake by the Sprite King.

I haven't discovered anything about the Apostle's name.

The Apostle that became the Lake Mila monster was formally registered. It doesn't seem to be given by a researcher like Ohmudo or Rubis. It is a title.

Someone must have found out more about Golitti, and then deemed to call it the Apostle.
