Based on their star levels, Runestones will have increasing levels of extra abilities. After enchantment, 2 stars will be added and the original star level will be overwritten. Note: enchantment might fail! Star level and extra abilities will be cleared if enchantment fails. Even if enchantment fails, the Runestone will not disappear.
