"They say Master Sakurai fell overboard at sea; he floated here, and Elder Enki saved him. If Elder Enki had not found Master Sakurai, the island might have been overrun by monsters. Sakurai is truly the savior of our island."

"I have never seen these monsters, but I am forever grateful to Master Sakurai for taking care of our island."

"So you're the master Uncle Enki mentioned! Bad news. The Giant Forest... it....you see..." She gesticulated wildly as she babbled. You finally managed to calm her down a bit and explained what happened in the shrine.

"So Snowy is..." Yoshiko began to cry inconsolably.

You patted her on the back, and she threw her arms around your neck in a big, sobbing embrace. You weren't sure what to do, so you awkwardly hugged her back.

Acceptation
Yoshiko cried for several minutes before she realized she had something important to tell you. She bravely wiped tears from her eyes.

"Master, I just saw a huge, blue skinned monster in the Giant Forest. Like an Avatar, but less ridiculous. It summoned Soul Armors to destroy the Giant Tree!" she said, sniffling.

"The Giant Forest is very important to the villagers and to Master Sakurai. You cannot allow that monster to destroy it!"

"Where did the monsters come from?"

As you listened to Yoshiko, you reflected upon the monsters you killed in the spring and Snowy's transformation. You wondered if the events were somehow related.

"Probably some kind of monster factory. They have those nowadays, right?" Yorshiko wondered aloud. You rolled your eyes at her foolishness, but she didn't notice.

"Master, could you please tell Uncle Enki about the monsters? I must go see my older sister."
