"Fiona's father took me to fetch food for the villagers. There had been a serious shortage of food in the village at the time. I also wanted to bring back something else–a birthday gift for Fiona." Saying this, Krona looks up at the sky, as if immersed in the memories of that day.

"Fiona... she was an orphan," Chrono said softly, lost in his own world.

"I was hunting in the Giant Forest with her father when a Stiff Wood Demon, Quecar, killed him."

"Fiona was only three at the time."

"I need your help, kind human. Kill the Tree Demon, Quecar, in the Giant Forest for me... and for Fiona's father, too."
