It was sweltering today, which did nothing to help my mood. Or my concentration. My team and I were investigating the Dimensional Crystals near camp when I let my guard down, just for a second. Before we realized it, we were surrounded by a colony of White Wasteland Scorpions.

Though I narrowly avoided more than one stinger to the face, we all managed to make it out alive. By the time we reached camp, I was practically drenched in those creatures' foul, sticky juices. Gods, the stench!

All I want now is a bath and yet... I have a feeling there's no water warm or soapy enough to wash away the guilt I feel.

Curse me if I ever endanger my team like that again!"
