"So, was it Louis...?" You ask.

"No, that doesn't seem likely. Only a skilled engineer could have written such a malicious program... Louis doesn't know the first thing about programming."

In that case, there is one very obvious suspect...

"...what is it? Ixus hasn't noticed you and carries on burying the beaten keyboard.

It seems this guy will only open his mouth when the evidence is laid out in front of him.

"Do you recognize this?" You flash the chip you are carrying.

It means nothing to me...w-where did you get it?" Ixus nonchalantly glances at the chip, but turns pale with fright.

"It's not important where I got it," you say, barely concealing your anger: "This chip contains a malicious virus, which caused the Mecha soldier to go haywire. Tell me I'm mistaken!"

"It's...it's just that..." Ixus wrings his hands, not daring to look you in the eye.

"How can you call yourself an engineer, using your skills to frame someone like that?" You shout, angrily making Ixus jump with fright. He stands, thoroughly dejected, his arms hanging listlessly at his sides.
