The output of the Prism Island mining industry was mainly gold. As the gold supply depleted and a crystal mine was discovered, the crystal mining industry gradually replaced the gold mining industry.

Most research indicates that the heavy magic pressure that exists on the island effectively crystallized various minerals.

Though this hypothesis has yet to be confirmed, it explains why miners find so many crystals on Prism Island.

This hypothesis has given rise to another theory among a group of scholars that the crystal on Prism Island was formed by very powerful magic pressure. In other words, the crystal probably contains a immense amount of magical energy.

If a way to activate the crystal can be found, it should be possible to release the highly compressed magic energy within the crystal.
