How to complete yggdrasil 7?

Step 1:
Once you have activated the Yggdrasil, you must eliminate, among all the cores, the storm core.

Step 2:
You will see that in the middle of the map there is an eagle larger than the others (the Hurricane Eagle).
Lure it to the edge of the map (this will be useful for the next steps) and neutralize it.

Step 3:
Then, the boss of yggdrasil 7 can be killed.
Watch out for the spheres that move toward you. If you hit them with area-of-effect damage, you will be unable to act for several seconds.
